Sponsorship

Sponsorship Partners play a crucial and direct role in supporting the success of the Circle C Creatives Group mission and once a year event that engages our SW Austin community with fine art and artists. Sponsorship Partners are the sole reason we are able to make this event in SW Austin a success!

 

We are excited to be able to work with our Sponsorship partners in an individualized manner and tailor benefits according to their needs and interests, as well as provide valuable recognition, marketing and promotion in all aspects we can in return for their generous support.

Some highlights of benefits past years' sponsors received:

  • Postcards: 

    1. Their business name and logo in postcards. 

    2. 500 postcards were personally delivered to art enthusiasts, art galleries and art followers.

 

  • 250 fliers:

    1. Their business name and logo on fliers put up in several local businesses around Austin.

    2. We used a professional flier distribution company to ensure we got wide geo coverage in key locations.

 

  • Social media paid promotion:

    1. We promoted each sponsor with Facebook posts. Each post was boosted and promoted with paid FB promotions. Our ads were targeted for the South Austin zipcodes.

    2. Each sponsor received a shoutout in almost every single social media post on the Circle C Creatives FB page. https://www.facebook.com/CircleCCreatives

 

  • Press

    1. Their business name with thanks mentioned in Circle C HOA newsletter

    2. Their business name with thanks mentioned in two page article in Circle C Neighbors magazine

    3. Community Impact listed us in their events section

    4. Multiple online websites like Do512, Free Fun in Austin, Eventbrite listed us in their events.

  • Day of event promotion

  1. Their business logo on banner at day of event

  2. Their business logo distributed throughout the venue on bartender’s tables, check-in entry table

  3. Food and alcohol sponsors got promoted to all guests

 

For 2023, we have different sponsorship levels available.

We also have opportunities for drink sponsors.
